Daycare Requirements

Only dogs three months or older may be eligible to attend our dog day care. All dogs must be spaded or neutered. Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accept any pit bulls, or Rottweiler’s.

All dogs must pass a socialization evaluation the first day they visit with us. The decision as to whether the dog passed the test or not is made solely by the Unleashed Dog Day Care staff, and is final.

All dogs must provide copies of current shot records indicating that the dog is current on all shots recommended by the vet, including bordetella (kennel cough) Shot records must be provided on or before the first day your dog visits with us, or they will not be allowed to stay.

All dogs must be on heart worm, and flea prevention.  Owner agrees to provide proof upon request.

All fees for daycare must be paid in full at the time of drop off of your dog. Late pick up charges must be paid in full at the time of the late pick up.  No Exceptions
